One of our members come up with this primitive idea of cooking chicken without oven. First, we wash our chicken and let it dry for some time. Now its time to make some charcoal. We start digging a hole in a garden, put some dry leaves and wood into the hole and start a fire. Meanwhile, we make some spices paste using different spices, canola cooking oil, and soy sauce.
After sometime charcoal was ready. We drill some holes in the chicken, so we can put bamboo sticks through them. We use 3 sticks to hold the chicken a little above charcoal. We put chicken with bamboo sticks on the hole with hot charcoal. You can watch all this in the video.

In this video, we make another chicken skewers video but in BBQ style. But we also fried some skewers. The day was so hot. We buy chicken and separate boneless parts of the chicken. We make smaller pieces with boneless chicken. Then we make some paste with different kinds of spices. We dip all the chicken pieces into the paste and left it for some time. Now we need sticks and luckily we are under the shadow of bamboo trees.
We make sticks with smaller branches of bamboo trees. Now we put some chicken pieces and some vegetables into the bamboo sticks. We put some skewers on heated charcoal with we make in start with burning wood and put some skewers on burning oil in a pan.
